The PPI-200 high speed, fully automated stainless steel interleaving or underleaving system places a pre-programmed sheet of paper or film under or around your portion, then conveys the portions to an automatic stacker. The stacker, in turn, conveys the stacked product to final pack off (there is a bypass option for non-interleaved product). The design and construction of the PPI-200 addresses the need of today's food processors for efficiency of operation and ease of sanitary maintenance.
